Waste Removal & Site Clearance

Whether it is the removal of waste built up from moving house, a clear out of your commercial business offices/warehouse or clearing any waste that has been fly-tipped on your property, we here at C.A.D Commercial are happy to help. With over 25 years’ experience, we can ensure a swift and professional service for removal of waste from any site.

The build-up of waste can encourage rodents and pests in the local area, harm the environment and have a damaging impact on people who come into contact with it. Fly-tipped waste also rapidly attracts more fly-tipping. As such, the waste needs to be cleared safely and professionally and the area cleaned afterwards to help ensure the area is left in a natural state.

Once we have removed the waste, it will be transferred to a registered waste transfer specialist and be disposed of in accordance with all waste disposal and environmental regulations.

Nothing short of amazing! We spoke to Carl, the MD about having our driveway and pathways professionally cleaned. He personally came out and surveyed our property and gave us a quote. We instantly clicked with Carl and felt confident that we would be looked after. We arranged a day for his team to come and clean our drive and slabs. The operatives turned up when they were supposed to and carried out the work with complete professionalism. They explained the process clearly and what we should expect from the clean. They transformed our drive completely and we are thrilled with the results. Easy to recommend this company and will definitely be arranging our next clean with them when it's due. 👍
