Sarah is responsible for implementing and auditing compliance certificates that ensure CAD meets client requirements and stands out as a service provider in health and safety, process management, innovation, environmental policies, and quality. The accreditations she manages include ISO, Constructionline, Acclaim, Social Value, Safe Contractor, and Prosure 360. Sarah oversees annual external audits to ensure all criteria are met for maintaining these certifications.
In addition to her office management role, Sarah is a dedicated gymnastics coach with 35 years of experience in team building, both as a volunteer and a paid coach. She guides athletes of all ages in developing skills, confidence, and discipline, fostering a supportive and motivating environment.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending quality time with her daughter and Cavachon, embracing the joys of family life and the balance it brings.
