CAD Commercial Cleaning Business Development Manager
Debbie brings over 25 years of experience in the hospitality, cleaning, and hygiene sectors. She started her career in restaurant and hospitality management, spending 13 years with Bass Mitchells & Butler, before transitioning to the specialist cleaning industry in 1997 with Rentokil Specialist Hygiene. Over 17 years with Rentokil, Debbie progressed from sales development to Business Sales Manager and eventually Branch Manager, leading a team of 42 employees. Her tenure was marked by numerous achievements, including awards and international incentive trips for outstanding performance.
Following this, Debbie spent a decade with The Busters Group, where she co-managed the development of a multifaceted business offering specialist cleaning, pest management, grounds maintenance, tree surgery, and bird control. Her leadership and commitment to building strong client relationships drove significant portfolio growth and client retention.
In 2024, Debbie joined CAD Commercial Cleaning as the UK Business Development Manager. CAD, a trusted name in the industry for over 25 years, serves large national clients with a wide range of specialist external cleaning services. Debbie is passionate about delivering tailored service solutions, particularly for retail parks and shopping centers, where CAD excels in maintaining clean and inviting public spaces through periodic, high-quality cleaning operations.
