Ana started her working life in administration, progressing to various finance departments within Lucas Aerospace. She then advanced to the role of assistant credit control manager within the same organisation before leaving to establish their own business. During her time at Lucas Aerospace, Ana gained extensive experience that has greatly helped her manage the running and finances of the business.
Ana and Carl Sabin have been involved in the opening and management of CAD Commercial Cleaning Ltd, which has been trading for their commercial clients since April 1999. Over the past 25 years, Ana has witnessed its growth from a residential exterior cleaning service company to the specialised exterior cleaning service provider it is today, serving commercial customers nationwide.
She is extremely proud of the business’s development and deeply values the repeat business from satisfied clients, which reflects their ongoing commitment to exceeding and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Over the years, Ana has taken on most roles within the business, including Administration, Marketing, HR, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Credit Control, Payroll, ISO, Alcumus (SafeContractor) and other essential accreditation maintenance, administrative processes, fleet management, and more.
The current management team now handles most of the business’s operations. Ana currently serves as the financial controller and is involved in tasks relevant to her role as the company secretary.
Ana’s hobbies include Pilates, walking & spending quality time with the family. Her parents are Portuguese so she thoroughly enjoys holidaying in Madeira with the family.
